Objective:Passing the lead abatement worker initial course test which will enable a person to apply for a Texas Department of State Health Services lead abatement worker certification.

• Applicable Federal, State, and Local Regulations
• LBP Hazard Recognition & Control
• LBP Abatement & LBP Hazard Reduction Methods/Restrictions
• Interior Dust Abatement Methods / Cleanup & LBP Hazard Reductions
• Soil &Exterior Dust Abatement Methods Including LBP Hazard Reduction
• Cases Studies
• Preparation for TDSHS state exam

Course Prerequisite: None

Test: At the completion of the course, a 100 question test will be administered. A minimum score of 70% will be passing.
