Objective:Passing the lead abatement project designer refresher course test which will enable a person to apply for a Texas Department of State Health Services lead abatement project designer certification.

• LBP Abatement, Hazard Reductions, & Restricted Practices
• Interior Blgd. Dust Abatement / Cleanup & Hazard Control and reduction Methods
• Testing and Clearance Standards
• Integration of LBP Abatement Methods with Modernization & Rehabilitation Projects for Abatement Projects
• Mold Assessment Reports
• Cases Studies
• Applicable Federal, State, and Local Regulations
• Preparation for TDSHS state exam

Course Prerequisite:  Current Lead Abatement Project Designer Accreditation

Test: At the completion of the course, a 10 question test will be administered. A minimum score of 70% will be passing.
