Course Prerequisite: NONE
Course Content:  Detail discussion regarding the current EPA and OHSA federal asbestos regulations. The instructor shall guide the student(s) through the various regulations: EPA 40 CFR 61 and 763; OSHA 29 CFR 1910 and 1926; any other pertinent federal regulations. Cursory review of business, personal legal implications, and health effects of asbestos.  Cursory references to applicable State of Texas regulations. Each student will receive a copy of the current Federal Regulations of reference.
