Course Prerequisite: NONE

Course Content: Detail discussion regarding the current Texas lead regulations. The instructor shall guide the student(s) through the various regulations: EPA/HUD; OSHA 29 CFR 1910 and 1926; any other pertinent federal regulations. Cursory business and personal legal implications and health effects of lead and cursory references to applicable State of Texas regulation is also included in the class presentation. Each student will receive a copy of the current TEXAS Regulations of reference.
