Objective: Familiarity with amended and current Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) regulations (EPA 40 CFR 265.16 (a)-(e) Personnel Training):  EPA controling of hazardous waste from ‘”cradle to grave”’ and manage non-hazardous solid wastes; address environmental problems resulting from underground tanks storing petroleum and other hazardous substances; waste minimization and phasing out land disposal of hazardous waste;corrective action for releases

Course Target:          Persons performing work as directed by the manager and who will supervisor others in the organization’s  RCRA programs.
