ASBESTOS INSPECTIONS

O&M PROGRAMS/AHERA MANAGEMENT PLANS

Sun City Analytical, Inc. (SCAI) has developed an easy approach to the Asbestosis Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA)’s management plans required for schools and some public/commercials building. SCAI has the ability to take old expired asbestosis inspections, introduce current standards, and develop a state of the art Operations and Maintenance Plan. SCAI O&M Plans may include an easy to follow,  step-by-step method to identify, assess, and document the ACM as required by EPA/AHERA regulations. SCAI also able to provide 6 months surveillance checks as a service.

ABATEMENT PLANS

Asbestos project designs are developed to meet the clients needs and budget.  SCAI’s proprietary asbestos project designs have proven to reduce job delay times.  SCAI has developed and organized asbestos abatement project designs for renovations from complete historic restorations, to phased remodels.  Through our in-house professional engineers and Certified Industries Hygienists, our asbestos abatement plans are designed in a manner that delivers an almost zero change order rate to include demolition plans and build back.

ASBESTOS PROJECT MONITORING/AHERA CLEARANCE SAMPLING

Each SCAI employee is meticulously trained in all aspects of asbestos abatement projects, this allows us to not only stay competitive, but prove the best service in the industry.  Each field technician is trained and state licensed as an asbestos inspector, project manager, and air monitor (microscopist). By having our technicians trained as such, we are able to task a single individual  a project from start to finish.  Technicians are capable of managing each asbestos project from the inspection process, though the completion of the abatement and performing air clearance sampling. Each project is managed by an office manager under the direct supervision of a licensed asbestos consultant. All employees, both field technicians and office staff, work daily with remediation contractors on developing healthy work relationships.
